How to Order

PAYMENT
Placing an order is very simple. Please read the information below and then telephone or email for more information.

Prices will be quoted in £ sterling for each painting. Prices vary from £200 to £3000 for very large canvases. They include post and packing, insurance and delivery to the UK mainland and USA. Delivery to elsewhere is subject to negotiation as it may incur a small extra charge. You may send a £ sterling cheque or international money order.

FRAMING
All the work is UNFRAMED unless specified otherwise. This allows the delivery and insurance costs to be kept to a minimum and allows you to choose a frame to complement your home or office, or to hang the painting unframed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
The cost of delivery and insurance quoted is for the UK mainland and USA ONLY. Please contact me for delivery charges elsewhere.

Delivery usually takes 4/5 days within the UK (MAINLAND) and 8/10 days to the USA.

I will normally despatch your order within a few days of receiving it, having cleared the cheque, but unforeseen problems will affect this.

Please note that if you order more than one item of work they may be delivered separately.

GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a painting, you may return it within 14 days of delivery to you. However, the cost of returning and insuring the work would have to be borne fully by you as would the net cost of delivery out to you, which will be deducted from the payment you originally made. Please contact me before returning a work as it must be returned in accordance with specific instructions .

All returns are by agreement.
No refunds can be made against damaged items.

You are buying a unique painting.
Availability of this work will be confirmed when you place your order.

Other Terms and Conditions of Sale

Ownership of the items you purchase shall pass to you on payment of the price for that item and any additional costs, including the costs of delivery and insurance, relating to the carriage of the item of work.

DESPATCH
This will be arranged immediately on clearance of your cheque. The work will be wrapped professionally and insured in transit.

COPYRIGHT
The sale of any item of work does not include any intellectual property right relating to it. All copyright and other rights shall remain with the Artist.

The Artist asserts her moral right to be identified as the 'author' both generally and in relation to any public exhibition of her work. The reproduction of items of work you have purchased (including the reproduction of photographs of such items other than for limited private use) is not permitted.
